I found a more seasoned incomplete demo painting in my heap of incomplete articles. I had utilized it as a demo to show how to include surface by adding clear gesso to a composition. For this situation I painted the reasonable gesso over the main layers of pastel. This liquified the pastel and made a dull base. The pastel layers over the base uncovered the surface. I knew I could improve utilization of the surface with another work of art. I forgot about the free pastel and drew the states of the new scene.
The blue sky was at that point began to I started at the best and worked my way down through the ocean into the hills and grasses. When I got to the grasses I started with some dim pastels to make some soil. I at that point layered a few layers of greens. I delighted in how the green pastels skirted the notches of the gesso making the recommendation of grass.
I completed with the expansion of a few blossoms and some individual grass strokes with my harder pastels. It is such a great amount of enjoyable to reuse paper and reevaluate a canvas!
